The Quekett Annual Exhibition of Microscopy – Main Exhibition
The Annual Exhibition of Microscopy will take place on Saturday, 15th October 2022 at Elm Court Youth and Community Centre, 363 Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 3BP. The physical event will form part of a wider exhibition of digital content.
Entry Conditions for the Main Exhibition 2022
ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED
Entries on any microscopical topic are invited to be displayed to other members and guests to inspect, admire and discuss. Entries will also be shown online on the Quekex 2022 page of the Club website. By entering you agree that images may be shown on the Club website, and that they may be reproduced for use at Club and outreach events. Copyright remains with the author.
With members around the world, the Exhibition is an opportunity to come together to share microscopical achievements from the last year and to encourage and inspire others.
The Rules
Entry is open to all members of the Quekett Microscopical Club and invited guests. Entry is also open to family members living in the same household as a Quekett Microscopical Club member.
Entries can be from individuals, groups, clubs or associations.
Physical Entries
In the first instance, please contact Lisa Ashby, the Quekett Organiser, using the form below with a description of your entry and tell us how much space you would require (a half-table, full table etc).
Digital Entries
Digital exhibits can take the form of a written article (with or without images), a presentation, or a slideshow, and you may submit up to three entries. Please use the form below, attaching your entry/ies files as appropriate. Acceptable formats are Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, pptx), .pdf and .jpg/.jpeg images. File size may not exceed 20MB.
IMPORTANT
Include details about entries in entry form text box, but note that each actual image file submitted must be sent as a separate attachment – NOT embedded in a Word or text document.
The closing date for entries is Monday 19th September 2022.
